About 71 Visuals

71 Visuals is a leading signage and environmental branding company specializing in custom signage, fabrication, environmental graphics, and installations for corporate, retail, hospitality, and institutional clients.

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to manage projects from initial scope through production and final installation.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working directly with clients while coordinating with design, estimating, production, vendors, and installation teams.

If you are organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced fabrication environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Manage projects from kickoff through production, installation, and completion.
  • Understand project scope, specifications, schedules, deadlines, and client expectations.
  • Identify missing information, potential conflicts, and project risks before they affect production.
  • Coordinate closely with estimating, design, production, purchasing, shipping, and installation teams.
  • Ensure artwork, specifications, materials, approvals, and other project requirements are in place before production begins.
  • Obtain required client approvals and sign-offs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and installers.
  • Conduct site surveys and attend client meetings when required.
  • Provide on-site project and installation oversight when needed.
  • Monitor projects throughout production and installation for quality, accuracy, and timely completion.
  • Communicate project status, changes, and potential issues clearly with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping details, deadlines, and communication organized.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in signage, graphics, fabrication, architecture, construction, millwork, manufacturing, or a related industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project workflows from client kickoff through production and installation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, confident client-facing presence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, designers, production teams, vendors, subcontractors, and field installers.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate problems and resolve them before they impact a project.
  • Comfortable visiting job sites, conducting site surveys, attending client meetings, and overseeing installations.
  • Ability to read project drawings, specifications, and dimensions is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and independent contractors is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Must be available to work Monday–Friday in person at our Hauppauge, NY office, with travel throughout the Tri-State Area as required.

The Person Who Will Succeed Here

We're looking for someone who takes ownership.

You don't wait for problems to become emergencies. You anticipate them, communicate early, and help drive solutions.

You're organized, resourceful, accountable, and just as comfortable meeting with a client as you are walking through the production floor or visiting an installation site.
