Project Manager – Signage & Branding Client-Facing Project Management Role

Green Meadows Partners is conducting a search on behalf of a growing and innovative organization in the signage and branding industry seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Project Manager to join their team.

You’ll partner closely with customers and internal teams to help bring branding and signage initiatives to life while ensuring exceptional service, on-time delivery, and successful project outcomes.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you will support the successful execution of signage and brand implementation projects while collaborating with Senior Project Managers and Directors to ensure customer satisfaction, budget management, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage assigned customer projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring smooth execution and communication throughout the process
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and proactive communication
  • Develop project estimates and support pricing/selling value calculations
  • Solicit and manage bids from subcontractors and material suppliers
  • Issue and oversee purchase orders for subcontractors and vendors
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track
  • Maintain accurate project status updates, reports, and forecasting
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including Estimating, Engineering, Production, and Logistics to drive successful project execution
  • Learn and implement customer brand standards and installation requirements
  • Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional initiatives to support operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience, ideally within a manufacturing, construction, service-based, signage, branding, or production-related environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset
  • Proven ability to problem solve, adapt, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field
    Equivalent professional experience will absolutely be considered
  • Experience working in signage, branding, manufacturing, construction, print, fabrication, or implementation-based industries
  • Experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
