SUMMARY

Build, grow, and pastor a Rock City Church campus.


GENERAL DUTIES

  • Manage integration of Rock City vision and values
  • Establish relationships and pastor local area and community
  • Execute engagement and health of campus
  • Continually build systems that will create growth at location level
  • Own campus readiness for experiences or events
  • Appointments with small group leaders, team leaders, and potential leadership
  • Monitor and report monthly defined metrics
  • Manage and oversee campus staff (as assigned)
  • Manage campus budget
  • Evaluate connect cards weekly for prayer needs, info requests, etc.
  • Communicate upcoming events, etc., with campus leadership team
  • Collect all supplies needed for coming weekend (if applicable)
  • Prepare campus for upcoming weekend services (make sure all rooms are neat and well organized) (portable location pastors)
  • Coordinate regularly with central departments that affect the campus
  • Review message and be prepared to teach as needed
  • Connect with new people and ensure guests are assimilated
  • Available for high level pastoral care, be available as needed to assist in crisis situations, hospital visits, funerals, and/or weddings
  • Oversee Growth Track and next steps
  • Develop high-capacity campus leaders
  • Plan/implement specific events
  • Set an example by attending all church events
  • Develop Associate Campus Director (if applicable)
Requirements:

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • High energy with enthusiasm for Rock City Vision
  • Proficient at one-on-one and public communications
  • Secure and self-led
  • Discernment to assess needs of location
  • Ability to pastor people (grow, train, develop leaders)
  • Hard-working. Results-driven
  • Strong communication skills (communicate clearly from platform)
  • Ability to inspire people, consistently move people into taking action
