Job Summary
This team is dedicated to program management and operational efficiency, serving as a strategic partner in connecting artists with fans through expertly executed programs. With team members across Seattle, New York, Los Angeles, and London, GIO brings structure and consistency to complex, large-scale initiatives.
What We Do
The team operates through two core areas:
Program Management- We oversee the comprehensive planning, organization, and execution of large-scale cross-organizational campaigns and initiatives across all music genres. Recent successful initiatives include Music Live, Vive Latino, Superbloom, Black Music Month, Wireless Festival, and Stagecoach.
Operational Excellence-We identify opportunities and develop improvements to content workflows, tooling, release planning, and cross-team collaboration. Through our Operational Excellence workstream-which includes specialists from across Label Relations, Artist Relations, and Programming-we've implemented key enhancements, including streamlined project management tools and enhanced platform functionality that reduces friction in label operations.
