Job Title
Role Mandate

We are looking for a strategic partnership manager who will be joining the Customer Segments team and will be responsible for end-to-end management and oversight for the Banks retail partnerships.
As the team continues to expand its partnership portfolio, there is a growing need for additional resources to support stakeholder management, business development, and ongoing relationship growth.
The team offers a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment, working closely with multiple lines of business and providing regular exposure to senior leaders, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a relationship-focused and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in the management of Everyday Banking Partnerships
Managing expenses, sponsorships, internal & external partnerships, and events
Expand on the existing network, and deepen the existing partner relationships
Work with product managers and all the cross-functional departments to facilitate partnership opportunities, and bring them to life
Competitive bench marking to inform goals, SLAs, and design compelling value propositions
Launch strategies and campaigns aimed activating key partnerships, involving liaising with senior partners, and presenting polished, and compelling story telling through visual aids
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills [verbal, written]
Must be able to build strong relationships and pick up where existing relationships left off with regards to a variety of internal and external stake holders.
Strategy/Product background (not marketing)
Management or strategy education background
Candidate should have previous experience in Partnerships, Segments, or Strategy within an FI - A mix would be ideal.
Retail banking experience is a must have.
Proficient user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Data visualization tools such as Power BI
