Job description

Unlockt Brands is the engine behind many of the K-beauty brands now thriving in U.S. retail channels.

We import, launch, and scale Asian beauty and wellness brands, including Round Lab, Sungboon Editor, Dr. Melaxin, Fino, Ohora, plus our nail brand, Heyhae, across e-commerce and brick & mortar stores.

Now, as we expand deeper into national retail (Target, Walmart, CVS, ULTA, TJX, etc), we are seeking a highly-organized and proactive team player who will support these partnerships and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support retail marketing initiatives across key accounts (Target, ULTA, Walmart, CVS, etc)
  • Assist in planning and executing product launches, promotions, and in-store campaigns
  • Coordinate development and delivery of retail marketing assets (displays, signage, fixtures, tester units)
  • Support planogram updates, merchandising rollouts, and in-store execution
  • Partner with internal teams to align on retailer-specific marketing needs and timelines
  • Coordinate influencer and PR seeding tied to retail campaigns, including sample logistics and tracking
  • Track campaign performance and compile reports on sell-through, promotions, and marketing effectiveness
  • Support digital shelf execution by updating product content, imagery, and copy across retailer websites
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and retailer requirements
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with creative, operations, and brand teams to ensure timely execution

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail marketing, CPG, or related field
  • Experience supporting retail partners (Target, ULTA, Walmart, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and execution
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Korean-language skills is a plus
