Job description

Position Summary...What you'll do...Associate Designer, Fashion (Young Adult Men's) Relocation Required to NYC. We are seeking an Associate Designer for Young Adult Men’s who is passionate about trend-driven fashion, youth culture, and creating product that feels relevant, modern, and commercially impactful. This role is ideal for a highly creative and organized designer with strong young adult aesthetic instincts, a collaborative mindset, and excitement around fast-paced design work, chase opportunities, and cross-functional partnerships. About the Team Our Young Adult Men’s team is focused on building trend-right, culturally relevant product that connects with the next generation customer. We create fashion with a strong point of view across apparel, graphics, color, and lifestyle-driven assortments while balancing speed, innovation, and commercial success. The team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and bringing fresh ideas to life through impactful design and storytelling. What You’ll Do
  • Support the design and development of Young Adult Men’s apparel across multiple categories and seasonal concepts
  • Research trends, youth culture, graphics, color, silhouette, fabric, and market inspiration to help shape seasonal direction
  • Partner cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and tech design to execute product from concept through production
  • Assist in chase projects, fast-turn opportunities, special collaborations, and trend-driven product initiatives
  • Help organize and maintain seasonal design boards, presentations, approvals, and Daily emails
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative energy while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Bring
  • Passion for young adult/menswear design with a strong understanding of trend, color, graphics, and youth-driven fashion aesthetics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably within young adult, streetwear, fast fashion, or trend-focused retail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and strong comfortability utilizing AI tools within the creative process
  • Strong sense of color, print, graphics, and pattern development
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under fast timelines
  • Collaborative spirit with eagerness to learn, contribute, and step into hands-on design opportunities
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Excitement around collaboration, trend reaction, and fast-paced product creation
  • Experience designing for a strong Young Adult apparel brand Preferred
  • Strong graphic, print and pattern design eye
  • Experience working in fast-paced retail or vertical design environments
  • Knowledge of current youth culture, fashion trends, and emerging market brands
  • Experience utilizing AI tools within the design and creative process
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and external partners
Ways of Working This role is based in the New York City Metro area and is an in-office position five days a week. The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
