Job description
The job duties listed below describe the general nature of the work; some incumbent's duties may differ. The Physical Requirements described below represent the requirements to perform the essential functions of this job. Position Summary:
Support the overall maintenance, cleanliness and safety of the facility.
Essential Functions:

Position Summary:
Support the overall maintenance, cleanliness and safety of the facility.
Essential Functions:
- Housekeeping
- Supports the production process by maintaining the cleanliness of the facility by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces. Disposes of garbage, recycling, production scraps as required by specific job duties.
- Maintains cleanliness and regular inspections of restrooms break rooms, offices and outside areas.
- Preventative Maintenance
- May perform preventative maintenance such as light painting or repairs. May require some construction background for special projects, as needed.
- May have access to private or secured areas and must maintain confidentiality.
- Safe and Efficient Facility Team Member
- Address and report all equipment defects or maintenance needs to maintain safe and efficient use. Follow all procedures, policies and know the equipment before using it.
- Speak up when observing something that may be unsafe or someone performing unsafe acts.
- Efficiently perform work according to standard operating procedures.
- Work together with other team members to accomplish tasks safely in a fast-paced production environment.
Education/Knowledge/Skill Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- The ability to effectively exchange information with stakeholders preferred.
- The ability to manage interactions to provide service and to support the organization preferred.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision while meeting production schedules.
- Ability to cross-train others.
- Knowledge of safety procedures while handling saws and other tools.
