Your Role 

IT Administrative Coordinator I 

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

As IT Administrative Coordinator I with us, you’ll manage a variety of IT projects in support of our Technology Services department.  You’ll be part of a global technology team dedicated to providing best in class service to our business users. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

Essential Functions 

  • Manage small & medium sized IT projects. (IT Security, Infrastructure, User Access Management, Help Desk Improvements, etc.)  

  • Work with technician subject matter experts to scope projects, gather requirements, task work, execute projects 

  • Identity & manage risk with projects by communicating necessary stakeholders to ensure 

  • Provide administrative support to IT department (schedule meetings, create project status updates, maintain global software & hardware inventory) 

What We’d Like to See from You 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, IT, manufacturing, business or related field  

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Project Management roles  

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts  

  • Strong project management skills 

  • Personal attributes of positive communicator and people manager, initiative, continuous improvement mindset and efficiency-focus  

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
