    Job description

    Who Are We?
    Exmark, located in Beatrice, Nebraska is a division of The Toro Company. Exmark is the leading manufacturer of commercial mowers and equipment for the landscape professional. Exmark mowers are trusted 2-to-1 over the next best-selling brand of zero-turn mowers by landscape professionals. All Exmark products are designed to help customers increase productivity, while delivering unmatched quality.
    Hours:
    2nd Shift, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
    Pay: $22.24 plus $2.00 shift differential for a total of $24.24 for 2nd Shift.
    What Will You Do?
    In order to grow and build a successful career with Exmark, you will be responsible for:
    • Ensure integrity of Inventory Control System.
    • Fill carts brought to warehouse inventory location and prepared for delivery.
    • Communicate with Cycle Counting organization
    • Inventory location changes
    • Emergent inventory replacement needs
    • Missing or low (beyond normal) inventory levels
    • Work with forklift operators to maintain appropriate inventory levels in Kanban pick bins.
    • Remove packaging from parts in preparation for line delivery.
    • Maintain a clean inventory warehouse.
    • Identify damaged or the potential for damage to the storage racks to the Safety Administrator.
    • Line Parts Runner
    • Take station part carts to the proper warehouse location to be filled by parts Stocker/Parts Puller.
    • Move station parts carts from warehouse location to Assembly or Welding location.
    • Supply Assembly/Welding with emergent parts on an as needed basis.
    • Provide liaison communication roll between the assembly line requirements and the inventory warehouse supply.
    • Identify and apply Lean methodologies to ensure processes are scientifically controlled and continuously improved.
    • Willingly performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    What Do You Need?
    To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write and complete routine reports. Ability to speak effectively before employees of organization.
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
    • A forklift safety training certificate is required.
    • Accuracy, attention to detail and being good with numbers (especially recognizing transposition errors) are required skills.
