What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
Successfully pass weld tests todemonstrateskill and accuracy.
Read and interpret blueprintsand 3D models
Ensure proper alignment and fit-up of parts prior to welding, based on blueprint specifications.
Inspect materials and structures before welding to verify quality and readiness.
Weld components according to blueprint specifications and established procedures.
Monitor the welding process andmake necessary adjustments to equipment foroptimalresults.
Maintainwelding equipment and machinery to ensure proper operation.
Maintainaccurateinventory of parts and materials within the assigned work area.
Responsible for properlabelingof parts.
Monitor tooling forwear or damage and report repair needs promptly
Notify supervisorimmediatelyof any tooling problems.
Maintain aclean work areaaccording to5S standards
Maintain a strong focus on safety by following all safety protocols and guidelines.

What Do You Need?
To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
High school diploma or GEDrequired.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Demonstratedproficiencyin M.I.G. welding techniques.
Ability to follow instructions and quickly learn new skills and processes.
Strong commitment to continuous improvement and personal development
Strong interpersonal skills in working with a variety of cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):This position requires the use of PPE. Safety glasses, hearing protection, footwear with steel-toe and metatarsal guards. Other PPE may be task specific orrequiredbased on the job or department:gloves, face shield, high visibility vest, FR clothing, respirator, etc. Training on PPE standards, use,and hazard awareness will be provided.
