Role Summary

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex technical projects across the financial client's IT infrastructure and cybersecurity domains. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring disciplined delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes. The TPM is expected to bring hands-on technical experience and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, including infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and platform integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Apply both predictive and agile methodologies to manage project lifecycles.

Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.

Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for executive visibility.

Serve as a technical liaison, translating business requirements into actionable technical plans.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and technical execution.

Accountable for delivering projects that achieve defined business and technical KPIs.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT project management with a focus on technical delivery.

Deep understanding or hands-on experience with infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and cybersecurity projects.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira).

PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
