We're seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to support one of the nation's leading Fortune 100 financial institutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and looking to build experience in a professional corporate environment.

In this role, you'll support daily business operations, assist internal teams, manage administrative tasks, and help ensure information is organized and accurate. This position offers exposure to a large enterprise environment with opportunities to develop valuable administrative and professional skills.

What You'll Do

• Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and other business documents
• Maintain records, files, and databases
• Enter and update information within internal systems
• Respond to inquiries and support internal business partners
• Track action items and update reporting tools
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness
• Help resolve administrative and processing issues
• Coordinate with various departments to support daily operations
• Organize office records and maintain supplies as needed
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• 1-5 years of administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Basic data entry and computer skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dublin, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
