Job description

• Experience in Nexthink Collector Packaging, Agent roll-out, Platform setup
• Nexthink Integration experience with AD, SSO, Jira/ServiceNow, Amplify, Chatbot, etc.
• Experience in creating customer specific Dashboards, Alerts, Application Experience, Campaigns, Remote Actions and Digital Experience.
• Proficient in NQL.
• Ability to collect, analyze and interpret data from Nexthink.
• Perform baseline of end user device & Application KPI's with client
• Finalize the thresholds against each KPI and execute SLA document
• Generates Tool based reports - Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly as agreed
• Work with other technical teams to drive implementation of improvement activities
• Ability to present Nexthink findings and Value Add to customers on a periodic basis.
• Proficient in Windows PowerShell Scripting with a minimum L2 level
• Experience with automating tasks and processes using PowerShell including working with AD and windows components.
• Strong Windows knowledge.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Effective communication & collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Install, configure and maintain Nexthink platform.
• Customize remote actions, Dashboard, Alerts, Campaigns and Flows.
• Analyze data from Nexthink, provide periodic update to the stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Nexthink processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide support and training to increase adaptability and usage of the tool by SD and EUC teams.
