Job description

Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an AI Testing Specialist, a forward-looking Quality Engineering role focused on integrating artificial intelligence into the Software Development Life Cycle. The role involves designing and maintaining intelligent testing frameworks to enhance quality assurance and support continuous delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Build and implement AI-driven testing frameworks with automated test generation and self-healing capabilities.
• Integrate continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines and enable shift-left quality practices.
• Use AI for synthetic data generation, defect prediction, and test optimization.
• Define QA standards (TDD, BDD, UAT) and ensure high-quality, secure, and reliable code delivery.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 6 - 8 Years of experience in Quality Engineering
• Experience with artificial intelligence
• Ability to build and implement AI-driven testing frameworks with automated test generation and self-healing capabilities
• Experience integrating continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of shift-left quality practices
• Experience using AI for synthetic data generation, defect prediction, and test optimization
• Ability to define QA standards (TDD, BDD, UAT)
• Ensuring high-quality, secure, and reliable code delivery
