Vice President, AI Safety ServicesHead of Go-to-Market, AI Safety Services
Lead and grow a world-class five-person GTM squad committed to safe AI.
Why this role exists
Frontier-scale AI is transforming every sector-whether or not it's ready. TaskUs' AI Safety Services unit ensures the innovators behind these models can ship responsibly without losing velocity. We need a hands-on GTM leader who can build and coach a high-impact team of sellers, account managers, presale engineers and marketers while crafting the strategy that scales our reach.
The impact you'll make
  • Build and mentor a tight-knit team: Directly manage and develop a five-person GTM squad, setting clear goals, providing coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Scale our footprint: Win new enterprise logos and expand existing relationships, driving signifiant annual bookings growth.
  • Set the market narrative: Craft positioning and campaigns that make "AI safety" synonymous with TaskUs quality, velocity, and thought leadership.
  • Champion cross-functional excellence: Align Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams around customer needs and commercial realities.
What you'll do
  • Own and execute the GTM strategy-from segmentation and value prop to pricing, quotas, and integrated campaigns.
  • Directly lead a five-person GTM team covering enterprise sales, account management, solutions consulting, and marketing; hire & expand headcount as revenue scales.
  • Acquire new customers: Source, qualify, and close complex AI safety service deals with frontier model labs, hyperscalers, and AI-enabled enterprises across finance, healthcare, consumer internet, and more.
  • Expand strategic accounts: Identify unmet needs, open new buying centers, and convert early-stage pilots into multimillion-dollar programs.
  • Drive predictable growth: Build and manage a data-driven pipeline; forecast accurately; hit quarterly and annual targets for bookings, revenue, and margin.
  • Elevate our brand: Develop thought-leadership content, speak at industry events, and cultivate analyst relations to position TaskUs as the category leader.
  • Forge executive relationships: Establish trust with C-suite stakeholders-CIOs, CTOs, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Privacy Officers, and Heads of ML/AI Safety.
Experiences you'll bring
  • 10+ years in technology services sales, business development, or GTM leadership, with 3+ years directly managing small (5-10) cross-functional teams.
  • Consistent history of exceeding annual revenue goals through both new-logo wins and account expansions.
  • Proven success selling AIML, data, or ML ops related services to enterprise and hyperscale customers.
  • Deep network among AI platform owners, LLM research labs, or digital-native enterprises.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing to build pipeline via content, events, and demand-gen programs.
Core skills you'll need
  • Strategic GTM design & execution for services and SaaS hybrids.
  • People leadership: Coaching, performance management, and career development for a compact, high-impact team.
  • Complex deal orchestration: Navigate long sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and bespoke SOWs.
  • Marketing savvy: Drive brand positioning, demand generation, and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Data-driven operator: CRM mastery (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting, and metric-based coaching.
Nice to have: Familiarity with AI safety frameworks and emerging regulations (ISO 42001, EU AI Act), public-sector procurement experience, or prior leadership in a venture-backed, hyper-growth company.
Why you'll love this role
  • Mission with momentum: Convert a critical global need-AI safety-into a scalable, high-impact business.
  • Own the team & the number: Shape both strategy and day-to-day execution with a clear path to scale headcount as you succeed.
  • High visibility & upside: Direct line to executive leadership, competitive OTE, and opportunities to build a larger GTM org.
  • Culture of excellence: Join a team that values curiosity, velocity, and relentless customer focus.
