    POSITION SUMMARY
    Responsible for providing support and training to departmental staff and assisting guests with all aspects of the equipment rental process that includes providing information on all available products, as well as performing advanced maintenance on rental equipment.
    This position is located at Snow Summit in Big Bear Lake.
    Starting wage between $26.50/hr. - $29.76/hr. depending on experience.
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
    • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
    • Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • Have at least two years of experience in a rental shop at Big Bear Mountain Resorts
    • Ability to effectively and enthusiastically present information in one-on-one and small group situations
    • Have a calm and collective demeanor, especially during challenging operations
    • Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as guest policies and procedure manuals
    • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
