We are seeking a hands-on Test Technician to support production of high-performance computer systems (Cerebrus platforms). This role is focused on system-level testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis within an advanced electronics manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong component-level debugging skills and experience supporting computing or AI-related hardware in production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of computer systems and electronic assemblies
  • Conduct failure analysis (FA) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Support production by resolving technical issues quickly to minimize downtime and yield loss
  • Work across system levels, including hardware, firmware, and basic software configuration
  • Execute test procedures, burn-in processes, and validation protocols to ensure product quality
  • Configure systems, including firmware flashing, hardware connections, and system setup
  • Document technical issues clearly and communicate findings to engineering and customers
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams on process improvements
  • Assist with new product introductions (NPI) and test process development
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to yield, reliability, and efficiency

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in electronics, computing, or AI product manufacturing
  • Strong hands-on experience with product testing, debugging, and failure analysis
  • Ability to troubleshoot at the component and system level (not just board swapping)
  • Basic understanding of circuitry and ability to interpret schematics
  • Experience working in a production environment supporting high-volume manufacturing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) for documentation and reporting
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical issues both verbally and in writing
  • Strong teamwork mindset with willingness to support and mentor others

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree (AA) or higher in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field
  • Experience with AI hardware, servers, or high-performance computing systems
  • Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic tools
  • Experience with firmware flashing, system builds, and disk array configuration

Work Environment:
  • Manufacturing floor environment supporting electronics and computer system production
  • Hands-on role requiring use of tools, test equipment, and handling of small components
  • Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed

Additional Notes:
  • Immediate interview availability
  • High-impact role supporting advanced computing products in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong opportunity for long-term conversion
