    Location: Hazelwood, MO (Fully Onsite)
    Hire Type: Contract (6+ Months)
    Compensation: $23-24/hr

    Overview:
    Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to a busy department. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively, and enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Job Duties:
    • Provide administrative support to department leaders and team members.
    • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and correspondence.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and respond to general inquiries.
    • Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and appointments.
    • Maintain filing systems and organize electronic and paper records.
    • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
    • Assist with financial record keeping and basic data entry.
    • Order and maintain office supplies.
    • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
    • Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
