    Job description

    Position: Senior Project Engineer – Pharmaceutical Capital Projects
    Location: Waco, TX 76712  
    Hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote. Five-day onsite presence is required during critical project milestones.
    Duration: 24 Months 

    Local candidates are given preference

    Pay Rate $70.00 - $80.00 per hour on a W2 + full benefits

    I am looking for a Senior Project Engineer to lead capital projects involving cleanrooms, aseptic filling and packaging equipment, clean and black utilities, HVAC, laboratories, and pharmaceutical facility renovations.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 10+ years of capital project or construction management experience
    • Must have Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing experience
    • Experience managing projects valued at $5-$10M+
    • Engineering or related technical education
    • CAPEX Budgeting, Capital expansion budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, scheduling, and change control
    • Experience managing A&E firms, construction teams, vendors, and general contractors
    • Must have Commissioning, qualification, validation, and GMP turnover knowledge
    • Must have strong project management and communication skills 
    • Fill-finish, packaging-equipment, cleanroom, or aseptic manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
