  • Design and implement workflows that automate cybersecurity and operational processes using platforms such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Splunk, Power BI, Power Apps, or similar technologies.
  • Correlate data from multiple enterprise systems to support incident detection, response, operational analytics, and risk prioritization.
  • Develop automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support DevSecOps practices.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity operations teams to improve enterprise cyber hygiene through integrated tooling and automation.
  • Support secure system integration using established software engineering and DevSecOps best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing integrations, APIs, workflows, and automation solutions.
  • Produce technical documentation for integration architectures, APIs, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Support testing, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement of integration solutions.
  • Stay current on emerging integration technologies, cybersecurity trends, and enterprise automation capabilities.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise system integrations.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience implementing systems integration solutions utilizing modern software engineering and DevSecOps practices.
  • Experience building consolidated data views, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support cybersecurity operations, automation, incident detection and response, and risk prioritization using Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, Splunk, ServiceNow, or similar technologies.
