Job description

Job Summary:
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, dedicated to driving customer success through innovation. They are seeking a Lead Solution Engineer to present and demonstrate cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with customer business requirements and supporting the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
• Understand customer goals and challenges and map those back to the Salesforce product portfolio
• Design, build, and demonstrate innovative solutions to address these challenges
• Present Salesforce technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with hardware, software, networking and security stack
• Participate in all appropriate product, sales, technical training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
• Attain quarterly and annual objectives defined collaboratively with management
• Respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs
• Active participation in a fast-paced high-energy market segment and balance multiple projects in a team-selling environment
Qualifications:
Required:
• B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS
• Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology
• Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied political environments
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
• US Citizenship
Preferred:
• Salesforce Certifications
• Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer
• US and/or Canada Public Sector, Federal Civilian industry experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce technology
• Familiarity with Government Cloud Compliance standards and certifications
• Salesforce Ecosystem: Current Salesforce AI Specialist Certification (or equivalent) Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce App Builder certifications are highly desirable.
