Devonshire by Erickson Senior Living
The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for selling the Erickson Senior lifestyle to prospects in conjunction with the Devonshire sales team. Responsible for initiating and assisting with all customer interactions throughout the sales cycle including telephone sales, walk-in appointments, overflow sales appointments, financial interviews, move-in sales appointments, and public speaking.

How you will make an impact
  • Assume a leadership role in both pre-and post-reservation sales processes
  • Assess customers' needs and make decisions on type and quantity of information to provide
  • Meet with prospective residents to evaluate their financial status
  • Conduct sales appointments, provide community tours and handle customer follow-up activities
  • Promote the community and participate in all marketing events and functions
  • Participate in community activities and meetings to enhance the relationship between the sales office and other community departments
  • Produce professional written communication to prospects and organizational partners

What you will need
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12-18 months) preferred
  • Team leader or project leader experience preferred
