    Strategy and Operations
    • Define and lead the global HR Shared Services strategy, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
    • Oversee HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability
    • Establish and manage service delivery standards, including SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics
    • Develop and execute multi year roadmaps to modernize and scale HR shared services globally
    • Continuously assess and evolve the operating model to meet changing business and workforce needs

    Process and Technology

    • Design and implement scalable, efficient HR processes and service delivery models
    • Lead the evolution of the HR technology ecosystem to enable automation, self service, and an improved employee experience
    • Partner with HR and cross functional teams to streamline workflows and reduce complexity
    • Identify and implement opportunities for digital enablement and process optimization

    Data, Compliance and Governance

    • Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across all HR systems and processes
    • Maintain compliance with global employment laws, regulations, and data privacy requirements
    • Leverage data and analytics to generate insights, inform decisions, and improve operational performance
    • Establish controls and standards that ensure consistency and mitigate risk globally

    Leadership and Partnership

    • Build, lead, and develop a high performing global HR Shared Services and HRIS organization
    • Lead through other leaders, scaling capability, accountability, and impact across regions
    • Partner closely with HR centers of excellence, HR Business Partners, and cross functional leaders including IT, Finance, and Legal
    • Serve as a strategic advisor on HR operations, shared services, and employee experience
    • Navigate global complexity and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, regions, and business units
    What We're Looking For

    Experience

    • 10 plus years of experience in HR operations or related fields, including 5 plus years in senior leadership roles
    • Proven experience leading global HR shared services or operations functions in complex, matrixed organizations
    • Proven ability to lead through leaders and scale high performing global teams
    • Experience driving multi year transformation roadmaps, including process, technology, and service delivery evolution
    • Demonstrated success managing global complexity across regions, regulatory environments, and stakeholder groups
    • Experience operating within a tiered Shared Services model, including self service, case management, and SLA driven environments
    • Strong understanding of global employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices

    Skills and Attributes

    • Strategic and systems thinker with the ability to design and scale HR operations
    • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and partner at senior levels
    • Deep expertise in HR systems, process optimization, and service delivery models
    • Data driven mindset with strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence
