  • 5+ years' construction experience for large structured cabling projects (data center environments for new builds highly preferred)
  • ISP focus
  • Auditing experience
  • Fiber
  • Assist in leading technicians, size 10-25
  • RFP/RFI process involvement
  • Preparation of closeout documentation
  • Validates test results (OTDR, Power Meter, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of safety protocols
  • Deep understanding of Quality Control plans and process
  • Daily/weekly reporting, issue escalation
  • Design and manage dashboards for real-time reporting
  • Blueprints and technical drawings (routing for cable pathways/racks)
  • Understand and assess installation methods, labor needs, and Client forecasts
  • Experience with change management
  • Proficiency with MS office, Bluebeam, Procore, or Textura
  • Preferred professional certifications:
    • OSHA-30 Hour certification (if not certified at time of hire, certifications must be obtained within first six (6) months of assignment)
