Office Manager | DeWitt, MI
Salary Range: $53,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are working with companies in DeWitt that are adding Office Managers to their teams. These organizations value quality over speed in hiring. By connecting with us, you position yourself for opportunities that align with what you're looking for.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the front office, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures specific to a manufacturing environment.
  • Manage office supply inventory and procurement, including specialized items for manufacturing support.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Support HR functions such as new hire onboarding and employee record management.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including packages and freight for manufacturing operations.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Recommended Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
