Office Manager | Kentwood, MI
Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee office operations and administrative support for manufacturing facility.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, liaising with external vendors.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Support HR functions, including new employee onboarding and record keeping.

Recommended Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with inventory management software or systems
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
  • Project coordination experience, particularly in a manufacturing or production setting
  • Proficiency in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or executives in a manufacturing context
