    Job Title
    People Rewards Specialist (Benefits experience required - Nashville, TN)
    Job Description
    As a People Rewards Specialist (aka - Benefits Specialist), you will support the delivery and administration of employee benefits and leave programs across North America. In this role, you will help ensure our benefits operations run smoothly-from system administration and open enrollment support to vendor coordination and compliance activities. You will play a key role in supporting employees, managing benefits processes, and helping improve the overall benefits experience. Other duties may be assigned or cross-training in other areas to support the broader People Rewards team, as needed.
    Your role:
    • Act as liaison between service center and rewards services, while managing escalated employee cases through ServiceNow, Health Advocate, Alight, and other vendors, ensuring timely resolution. Additionally, you will administer the Businessolver benefits platform, including enrollment oversight, eligibility management, carrier billing, dependent verification, and content updates.
    • Support the annual Open Enrollment process, including system testing, communications, and complex employee inquiries. You will facilitate benefits program administration such as life events, benefit appeals, retiree claims, scholarship programs, and employee perks. Also, coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to support benefits operations and onsite employee events.
    • Maintain benefits communication & content through the People Portal, support/coordinate email campaigns, and home mailers, contribute to benefits projects, and conduct benefit training and orientations. You will support regulatory and compliance activities including annual notices, PCORI fees, and Form 5500 coordination, in addition to coordinating periodic audits and conduct plan reconciliations to monitor service provider performance and ensure operational excellence.

    You're the right fit if:
    • You've acquired 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's (preferred), OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Human Resources, Organizational Transformation, Process Optimization, Payroll Management, Accounting, HR Technology and Digitization, or equivalent.
    • Your skills include benefits administration, HR operations, or HR systems, with experience working with HRIS or benefits platforms and managing vendor relationships is preferred.
    • You have a Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Organization Development or equivalent.
    • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
    • You demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and persuasive with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support escalated employee issues with professionalism.

    We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

    Philips Transparency Details
    The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $29.00 to $45.00 per hour.
    The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
    In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.     At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

    Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN.
