    Job description

     Assist in the development and operations of all consumer data acquisition products to enable the vision, strategy and roadmap for next generation consumer experiences.
    · Partner with the Asian-South Pacific (ASP) PACS team to support crisis and issue management communications for the region.
    · Support the team lead in diagnosing, planning, articulating and implementing the transformation agenda of the evolution of Social Listening & Publishing to become a global competitive advantage of TCCC.
    · Support the team lead in diagnosing, planning and articulating the ideal capabilities, metrics and solutions for marketers to become a leading-edge power decision making asset of TCCC.
    · Be the voice, role model & ambassador of how the intersection of direct consumer observations and technology can transform into powerful insights and be the most important competitive advantage of TCCC towards the future.
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    Functional Skills:
    · Data systems/platforms knowledge: Experience using social/digital listening platforms (i.e., Sprinklr/NetBase/Talkwalker/etc.). Ability to extract unstructured data and transform into actionable insights for internal stakeholders use.
    · Cross Functional Relationships: Knowledge of and ability to articulate to senior management the benefits of supporting cross-functional objectives to achieve the business plan.
    · Global/Cultural Knowledge: Knowledge of cultural differences in different regions or countries that might impact or limit the effectiveness of marketing and PACS strategies
    · Independent Point of View: Knowledge of the external environment in which the Company's business is conducted. Includes ability to offer a broad perspective that extends beyond a particular functional discipline (e.g., marketing, finance) and draw upon knowledge that comes from frequent interaction with different departments, employees and sources and constituencies outside of the Company.
    · Marketing Innovation: Ability to identify and develop innovative ideas (e.g., product, packaging, merchandise, activations) in order to create a proprietary advantage for The Company.
    · Network/Resources: Ability to develop diverse network/resources to leverage "best in class" knowledge, approaches and processes.
    · Vendor Management: The ability to evaluate and ensure that vendor performance meets or exceeds defined performance standards and adheres to overall company policies and procedures.
    · Strong understanding of TCCC marketing strengths and pain points/gaps.
    Related Work Experience: Minimum of 6 - 8 years of work experience. The required focus is on the relevance of the recent work they've done as it pertains to this role. Needs to have experience working across teams and geographies in a complex, global environment leading or leveraging teams of internal and external resources. Experience in a global role preferred. Ideally needs to have worked in roles that have developed both strategic and operations capability.
    Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree good to have, not required; MBA or Advanced Degree preferred
