Title: Operations Specialist, Local Site Strategy and Employee Engagement
Summary: This role is a strategic and hands-on leader for local site-level employee engagement and return-to-office (RTO) success. Partnering closely with the Executive Site Lead and Local Site Committee, the Operations Analyst builds and executes a clear plan to increase on-site engagement, strengthen community and culture, and achieve measurable RTO and participation targets. You will translate strategy into action—setting goals and KPIs, running communications and programming, managing budgets and vendors, and using data to continuously improve outcomes.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute the local site engagement and RTO strategy, including annual/quarterly KPIs tied to attendance, engagement, and program participation.
    • Lead the planning and delivery of on-site experiences, events, and campaigns that foster community, reinforce culture, and encourage regular in-office attendance.
    • Build and manage a communications roadmap (email, MS Teams, signage, SharePoint/Intranet) to drive awareness, motivation, and behavior change.
    • Facilitate governance with the Executive Site Lead and Local Site Committee; set agendas, track decisions and actions, and ensure accountability to goals.
    • Use data to guide decisions: analyze data, survey results, event participation, and sentiment to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Run experiments and pilots (e.g., themed days, incentives, programming) to improve RTO adoption; measure impact and scale what works.
    • Maintain an integrated calendar of site events, comms, and milestones; ensure cross-functional alignment and sequencing.
    • Manage procurement, contracts, vendor relationships, and site-level budgets; track ROI and optimize spend for maximum impact.
    • Partner with HR, Facilities/Workplace, IT, Security, and Communications to deliver a seamless on-site experience.
    • Build dashboards and executive-ready reports; clearly communicate progress, risks, and recommendations.
    • Own risk/issue management and change management plans to reduce friction and sustain adoption.
    • Stay current on industry best practices in hybrid work, employee engagement, and workplace experience; apply relevant insights to the site strategy.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in operations, program or project management, or workplace/employee engagement, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
    • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate goals into execution plans and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills; comfortable engaging executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
    • Data-driven mindset; proficiency with analytics and reporting (Excel/Sheets; PowerPoint/Slides, AirTable)

Experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams/SharePoint or similar); familiarity with project tools preferred.
    • Knowledge of procurement, vendor management, budgeting, and event logistics.
    • Experience in change management, behavior-change communications, or RTO/workplace programs is highly valued.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute with a high standard of quality.
    • Candidate is ideally hybrid in an key SAP office 3 days per week
    Success Measures:
    • Improved employee engagement and satisfaction with the local on-site experience (survey scores, eNPS, sentiment).
    • Increased on-site attendance and consistency against site RTO targets.
    • Strong participation rates in events/programming and positive qualitative feedback.
    • On-time, on-budget delivery of programs with demonstrated ROI.
    • Clear, actionable reporting to site leadership and sustained progress against OKRs
