Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Injection Mold Machine Operators positions in Portland, TN This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as an Injection Mold Machine Operator, while working with a great company.   • Shift: 3rd shift - 10:45 pm - 7:15 am

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all machine are running at a standard rate, cavitation & cycle time. Perform quality checks at predetermined times and record on all products being molded to ensure all parts produced are to the highest acceptable quality level.

  • Monitor machines to ensure proper functions and safety. Notify appropriate persons when there is a machine or tool malfunction.

  • Load and unload product bins or containers as necessary.

  • 5-S and daily check list form on presses and surrounding area (clean presses and surrounding area daily). Complete daily molding log book (press report) and press board.

  • Perform diagnostics on production process and equipment problems determining necessary corrective actions.

  • Provide training to shift personnel regarding standard operating procedures and processing techniques.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a technical capacity in molding machine operation

  • Working knowledge of production flow and processes

  • Adequate interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
