    What you have: 

    • High school diploma (or equivalency)  

    • Previous experience in a quality role a manufacturing environment  

    • Experience with re-purposing off-quality material (preferred)  

    • Knowledge of non-woven PET products and properties (preferred) 

    • Good time management, problem-solving, and communication skills 

    • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills 

    • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (frequent walking, bending, pushing/pulling, and continuous standing) 

    What you'll do: 

    • Plans re-inspection line activities to meet business goals 

    • Inspect and disposition non-conforming material daily; properly status off-quality material so it is process in the most effective way  

    • Assist with quality testing and equipment calibration 

    • Manage and lead other employees, including providing coaching and training when needed 

    • Maintain records, reports and other documentation  

    • Remain safety-focused
