    What We Need:
    The Sr Planning Analyst is a high performing contributor that works to facilitate and support Distribution/Production functions and projects. This role will be responsible for managing inventory levels to meet budget requirements and support proper customer service levels for imported products.
    What You'll Do:
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate technical, system, and process improvements
    • Assist division management or project team with the development and formulation of strategic long range and short-range plans to build performance and direct process improvement, which demands predictability in forecasting.
    • Regularly work with confidential data and is responsible for maintenance as well as handling goods, tools, equipment, and valuable software.
    • Develop purchasing and inventory plans. Place constraints where necessary to achieve capacity requirements and financial budget objectives.
    • Expedite and monitor production orders through supply chain to satisfy service demands.
    • Issue purchasing requisitions for assigned product category.
    • Track critical vendor shipments for projections using the weekly PPRs responsible for establishing, monitoring, and managing all import product development and follow up design.
    • Conduct studies, prepare reports, and advise on feasibility, cost effectiveness and regulatory conformance, while utilizing knowledge of subject area, research techniques and regulatory limitations.
    • Perform other duties as needed.

    What You Have:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent education and/or experience.
    • 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience

    • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
    • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
