    Seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Technologist with strong Blood Bank experience to support transfusion medicine services in a hospital-based laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in blood typing, compatibility testing, transfusion support, and laboratory quality standards.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform blood bank testing and laboratory procedures per established protocols

    Conduct blood typing, crossmatching, antibody screening, and compatibility testing

    Prepare and process blood products for transfusion services

    Maintain accuracy in specimen handling, testing, and documentation

    Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, quality control, and regulatory standards

    Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment

    Review and verify laboratory results prior to reporting

    Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams regarding transfusion-related services

    Maintain accurate patient and laboratory records

    Requirements:

    Minimum 1 year of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience in Blood Bank

    Blood bank experience required

    Strong knowledge of:

    Blood typing and compatibility testing

    Transfusion medicine

    Laboratory quality control procedures

    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced laboratory environment

    Qualifications

    Associate Degree from an accredited Laboratory Technology program
