- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in federal civilian capture.
- Proven track record leading successful federal capture efforts.
- Experience with capture planning methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience managing B&P budgets for opportunities.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 10+ years in federal civilian government capture management.
- Experience with federal practices.
- Experience with large procurements ($25M+).
- Experience with pricing development and strategy.
- Certification in capture management.
- Experience with CRM systems tracking opportunities.
