    Maximus is seeking a Clinical Administrator to support the Indiana LCAR Project and play a key role in daily clinical operations. This position is responsible for managing email communications, handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating and scheduling assessments, and performing accurate data entry. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional, empathetic service while supporting a program that positively impacts the individuals and communities we serve.
    About the Program: The Indiana Level of Care Assessment and Referral (IN LCAR) program is a statewide initiative focused on evaluating and determining the appropriate level of care for individuals seeking long-term services and support. The program ensures that individuals receive assessments tailored to their needs, facilitates connections to the appropriate resources, and supports efficient transitions between care settings. As part of a collaborative team, professionals in this program play a critical role in improving access to services and promoting quality outcomes for the people of Indiana.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    - Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
    - Review information keyed into the system to verify the accuracy of data.
    - Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
    - Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation.
    - Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
    Minimum Requirements
    - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
    - 0-2 years of relevant experience required.
    - Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously
    - Strong documentation and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
    - Strong time management, adaptability, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing changing priorities and business needs.
    Preferred Requirements
    - Background in hospital, health systems, clinical, or healthcare administrative environments
    - Experience using scheduling platforms such as Microsoft Bookings or similar appointment management systems
    - Knowledge of healthcare industry practices, including waiver programs, levels of care, patient assessments, and care coordination processes
    - Experience scheduling appointments, coordinating workflows, and managing competing priorities
