Job Description

What Your Impact Will Be: 

    Assist on the Die-Cast segments of the Hot Wheels team
    Support the development of toy strategy by segment.
    Support the toy pricing architecture and competitive positioning.
    Assist in gathering consumer/play insights specific to toy usage and play patterns.
    Collaborate with Design/R&D to bring toys from concept to shelf.
    Support toy business performance (POS performance and SKU metrics: revenue, margin, productivity).
    Provide input to Brand Marketing on packaging, messaging, and feature storytelling.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years experience in brand marketing (on brand or agency side), franchise management/marketing, content marketing, or purpose-driven strategy/marketing.
  • Project management skills: potential to manage complex product development timelines.
  • Strong quantitative/Analytical/financial skills (forecasting, pricing, SKU productivity and competitive analysis).
  • Financial acumen: Experience with P&L management.
  • Experience partnering with cross functional teams (ie design and manufacturing).
  • Communication skills: Excellent at storytelling, presentations, and influencing team.
