    Job Description
    This is a temporary assignment.
    You will play a critical role in supporting the growth of Marriott's fast-growing media network - MARRIOTT MEDIA - by helping execute Marriott's account management reporting program. As Manager, Account Management, you will contribute to the development and delivery of advertiser campaign measurement solutions in collaboration with Sales, Marketing Analytics, and Data Science. You will focus on delivering accurate campaign reporting, translating performance data into actionable insights, and supporting multiple stakeholder needs.
    Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Account Management, you will help build campaign reporting materials that deliver critical information and insights to Marriott's advertisers. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and implementation of reporting templates and dashboards, source feedback from advertisers on measurement and reporting solutions, and assist with ongoing reporting initiatives for key advertising partners.
    You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions are aligned with advertiser business goals and MARRIOTT MEDIA priorities. You will also leverage effective communication skills to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for advertisers. You are naturally curious and stay current on the MarTech/AdTech ecosystem, digital marketing landscape, and emerging measurement methodologies. You are a strategic thinker who consistently elevates your work.
    CANDIDATE PROFILE
    Education and Experience Required
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.

    • 3+ years of experience in digital media or other digital business with a strong analytical background and experience.

    • Strong technical and analytical foundation, with experience in data-driven decision-making and marketing analytics.

    • Proven experience driving analytical insights and answering technical/data questions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Strong conceptual skills and demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into analytical or research methodologies and tools.

    Education and Experience Preferred
    • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.

    • SQL and PySpark experience.

    • Familiarity with media advertising reporting.

    • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills; bias towards data-based decision making with the ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans.

    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

    • Base understanding and adherence to the principles of data quality management, Agile, data privacy and modern marketing best practices.

    • Knowledge of measurement and analytics across digital marketing and media channels, including reporting frameworks and analytical models.

    • Familiarity with core measurement science concepts, including experimentation and measurement frameworks (A/B testing, matched market, MMM, etc.), statistical sampling techniques and hypothesis testing, power analysis, and synthetic control.

    • Familiarity with media channels, marketing technology, marketing operations, audience segmentation, and customer data strategies.

    CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
    Primary Activities
    • Support MARRIOTT MEDIA's Account Management team in populating advertiser reporting templates, preparing dashboards for advertiser-facing reporting, and leading readouts with advertisers.

    • Translate campaign and performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for advertising partners.

    • Assist the Account Management team with implementing the measurement and reporting roadmap.

    • Contribute to reporting capabilities by helping maintain reporting templates, QA processes, and documentation.

    • Collaborate with the Sales & Partnerships team to align reporting needs with business objectives.

    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to document reporting deliverables and contribute to the creation of custom measurement solutions.

    • Build and troubleshoot advertiser specific reporting dashboards and templates as needed.

    • Answer internal questions related to measurement and reporting.

    • Regularly validate all Marriott advertiser measurement and campaign performance.

    • Implement optimization opportunities on reporting capabilities / tools.
