We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for commercial clients, managing policy servicing, renewals, remarketing efforts, and day-to-day account needs. The ideal candidate is licensed, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in commercial insurance operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial policy renewals and ongoing account servicing
  • Quote new business opportunities and remarket existing accounts when appropriate
  • Provide day-to-day support for commercial clients, including certificates of insurance and policy-related requests
  • Assist with policy reviews and account retention initiatives
  • Support producers with new business referrals and client relationship management
  • Communicate effectively with insurance carriers, clients, and agency team members

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
  • Prior commercial insurance experience preferred
  • Experience using carrier rating platforms and insurance company systems
  • Knowledge of commercial lines coverage and servicing processes
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
