Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety, quality, and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Complete basic production documentation
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- HS Diploma or its equivalent
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to complete required training, certifications, and safety programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
- Forklift experience or willingness to become forkliftcertified (companypaid training provided)
- Mechanical aptitude or experience working with industrial equipment
- Basic computer skills for data entry or production tracking
- Experience working in a teambased environment
