Job description

Gulfstream Staffing has recently partnered with a rapidly growing wound care organization. We are currently seeking candidates for a Business Development Manager opportunity.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) leads market expansion efforts within a designated territory, acting as the key liaison to physicians, healthcare facilities, and community partners while working closely with the Regional Vice President. This role carries responsibility for referral pipeline growth, conversion effectiveness, and strengthening overall market visibility.

Serving as the organization's frontline ambassador, the BDM actively builds and maintains strategic partnerships to increase access to in-home wound care services. Success in this position requires focused outreach, consistent follow-through, data-driven decision making, and the ability to cultivate long-term professional relationships that drive sustainable growth.

Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Duties:
  • Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with home health agencies, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, and other referral sources.
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified referrals to meet and exceed monthly market revenue, growth and conversion targets.
  • Conduct in-services, presentations, and education sessions to promote our health services and clinical model.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner and point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain disciplined communication through in-person visits,
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare business development, client services, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success building referral networks and meeting growth targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
