Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Lead project teams, subcontractors, and equipment logistics to ensure quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
  • Safety & Compliance: Partner with the Safety Director to exceed safety goals; conduct monthly inspections and ensure 100% adherence to labor and EEO regulations.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, including baseline scheduling, job cost set-up, margin analysis, and contract claims.
  • Strategic Planning: Review proposals to determine staffing and resource allotment; develop and maintain baseline project schedules.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Maintain high-level relationships with owners and architects, managing change orders and invoicing with precision.
  • Team Mentorship: Champion skill development for Superintendents and Project Engineers; lead with a focus on team camaraderie and best practices.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
  • Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction.
  • Field Expertise: Proven track record directing craft labor (Foreman/Superintendent capacity) and extensive knowledge of construction methods/materials.
  • Technical Stack: Proficiency in Viewpoint Vista, HCSS Heavy Job, Microsoft 365, and industry scheduling software.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead through others and plan projects over a 1–2 year horizon.
Benefits:
  • Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
  • Retirement: 401(k) with company match.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.
  • Work-Life Balance: Paid vacation, sick days, and long-term disability coverage.
  • Incentives: Annual performance bonuses.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
