What you will enjoy doing*
- In this role you will ensure delivery of HR services across Americas, ensuring timely decisions and effective risk management
- Build and sustain productive relationships with AMT senior leaders and managers, as well as Linde's Corporate HR team and other key stakeholders (Law Department, Compliance & Investigations, etc.) to ensure workplace culture consistent with Linde core values.
- You will develop, interpret, and implement HR policies and procedures in conjunction with business strategies
- Drive and deliver assigned HR operational plan, meeting stakeholder expectations in terms of objectives, standards, and timelines
- Provide continuity of HR leadership coverage across region through strong team leadership, operating cadence, and succession depth within HR organization
- Further, you will guide talent acquisition strategy and talent development initiatives
- Manage and continuously improve Performance Management Process,educating and coaching managers and key stakeholders
What makes you great
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in human resources management or relevant field of study required; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years' human resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- In addition you have strong business acumen, ability to drive results through others, strong analytical skills, excellent process orientation
- Strong interpersonal, teambuilding, communication, planning and organizing skills
- Hands-on practical implementation knowledge of HR programs and processes
- Prior experience in labor relations is preferred
- Ability to travel 25 - 30% is required
