What you will enjoy doing*
  • Lead daily cylinder processing operations, ensuring compliance with all company, OSHA, DOT, FDA, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide frontline leadership, setting clear expectations and holding employees accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and adherence to operating procedures.
  • You will coordinate cylinder filling and shipping activities to meet production schedules, customer requirements, and quality standards.
  • Monitor shift performance, proactively resolving operational, equipment, and workflow issues to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • You will ensure the safe operation, maintenance, and proper use of plant equipment and assets.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • You will train, coach, and develop employees while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • You will support plant management initiatives and perform duties as needed to achieve operational objectives.
  • Loads and unloads product from weekly shuttle truck
  • Operates and maintains cylinder scales and associated equipment
  • Prepares warehouse transfer orders and accompanying paperwork for shipment and keys into the computer the quantities, styles and products filled to justify the stock inventory
  • You will operate a forklift truck and other plant vehicles
  • Other duties as assigned

  • You have 2+yrs. experience in plant or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strongmechanical background desired
