    At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, our Professional Services team partners with clients to deliver innovative solutions that help organizations manage risk, ensure compliance, and achieve business objectives. We work collaboratively across Sales, Product, Support, and Client Services teams to deliver high-quality implementations and drive long-term customer success.

    As part of a growing and evolving Project Management Office (PMO), our team is committed to delivery excellence, continuous improvement, accountability, and outstanding client experiences.     About the Role

    The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of client programs and projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. Serving as the primary point of accountability, this role drives project planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

    The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who excels at building relationships, navigating complexity, facilitating decision-making, and driving accountability across cross-functional teams. This role also contributes to the ongoing growth and maturity of the PMO by promoting delivery best practices and identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Facilitate clear, consistent, and outcome-focused communication across all project stakeholders.

    • Gather, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements.

    • Manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment on project goals, scope, and deliverables.

    • Establish trust through transparency, consistency, and accountability.

    Project Delivery & Execution

    • Lead project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives.

    • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and successful project outcomes.

    • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decision bottlenecks.

    • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain delivery commitments.

    • Ensure project deliverables achieve intended business value and client outcomes.

    Delivery Leadership & PMO Contribution

    • Apply established project management methodologies, tools, templates, and governance practices.

    • Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, tools, and team effectiveness.

    • Share lessons learned and best practices to support PMO maturity and operational excellence.

    • Demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and decision-making throughout project delivery.

    Functional & Product Knowledge

    • Develop a strong working knowledge of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and solutions.

    • Use product knowledge to support client discussions, validate requirements, and ensure solution alignment.

    • Partner with Product, Professional Services, Sales, and Support teams to drive successful project outcomes.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project/Program Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    Experience

    • 3-5 years of project management or program management experience.

    • Experience within Financial Crime Compliance, financial services, risk management, or related industries preferred.

    • Experience supporting client-facing projects and implementations strongly preferred.

    • Exposure to pre-sales and/or post-sales environments is a plus.

    • Experience with workflow diagramming tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or SmartDraw.

    • Familiarity with project and collaboration tools such as AdaptiveWork, Jira, and SharePoint preferred.

    Travel

    • Ability to travel occasionally as required.

      U.S. National Base Pay Range: $95,300 - $158,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Colorado, the base pay range is $95,300 - $158,800.If performed in Illinois, the base pay range is $100,100 - $166,800.If performed in Chicago, IL, the base pay range is $104,800 - $174,700.If performed in Maryland, the base pay range is $100,100 - $166,800.If performed in New York, the base pay range is $104,800 - $174,700.If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $114,300 - $190,500.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $95,300 - $158,800.If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $112,574 - $179,826.If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $90,500 - $150,900.
