PROJECT MANAGER

SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN - WORLD HEADQUARTERS

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in enterpriselevel Change Management to lead complex, crossfunctional initiatives across our global organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned program or project leader who excels at driving strategic outcomes, navigating global stakeholder environments, and ensuring that largescale transformations are adopted, sustained, and successful. You will oversee endtoend project delivery, balancing scope, timeline, cost, and quality, while also serving as the change leader who ensures people, processes, and systems are ready for transformation. This role requires exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and experience working across multiple regions, cultures, and business lines.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7-10+ years of project or program management experience in a global, matrixed enterprise.
  • Proven expertise in enterpriselevel Change Management planning and execution.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, hybrid).
  • Experience driving large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing executive stakeholders and global teams.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • High proficiency in project tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Fluent in English
  • PMP, SCRUM, PgMP, Prosci, CCMP, or similar certifications.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones.
  • Background in HR Transformation, Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, or Organizational Effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
  • Executive presence with strong storytelling skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on, getthingsdone approach.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead teams through change.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and collaboration skills

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Lead complex, multiworkstream projects from initiation through deployment and sustainment.
  • Define project scope, success metrics, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans in partnership with sponsors and global stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies; develop mitigation and contingency strategies.
  • Ensure disciplined project governance and reporting through Steering Committees, PMO frameworks, and executive updates.
  • Drive strategic alignment across regions, functions, and senior leaders to ensure unified execution.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies including stakeholder assessments, readiness planning, communications, and adoption plans.
  • Assess organizational impact and define strategies to support people, process, and technology transitions.
  • Lead global change networks, SME communities, and business readiness workstreams.
  • Create and deliver communication materials, training plans, leadership engagement strategies, and resistancemanagement approaches.
  • Embed change management best practices to ensure long-term sustainability and measurable adoption.
  • Partner with senior leaders to define vision, secure alignment, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops, decisionmaking sessions, and global collaboration forums.
  • Build trusted relationships across regions and functions, acting as a connector between technology, operations, HR, and business teams.
  • Communicate complex topics in clear, concise, and audienceappropriate ways.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and support strategic objectives.
  • Implement and optimize PMO processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Track KPIs, benefits realization, and organizational outcomes.
  • Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the transformation and PMO community.
