    Job description

    A full-time Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides consistent daily, in-home personal care and companionship to patients, typically working 36–40 hours per week. They assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, while also managing light housekeeping, medication reminders, and vital signs monitoring under nursing supervision.

    • Personal Care (ADLs): Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
    • Mobility & Safety: Helping patients transfer (bed/chair), walking, repositioning, and preventing falls.
    • Health Monitoring: Measuring and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and reporting changes in condition to supervisors.
    • Household Support: Performing light housekeeping (laundry, dishwashing), grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
    • Medication Management: Reminding patients to take medications.
