Key ResponsibilitiesOperates a product hopper to dump frozen product on the packaging lineBuilds cardboard totes, tapes and inserts corner postsLoads cardboard totes into tote erector, inserts liner and tote corners into finished toteInspects product for defects and removes foreign material from vegetables on a conveyer beltWorks in the high care room to close totes of product on the conveyerEnsures that cases are hand packed with the right count of bags and sealed properlyManually hand stacks cases of finished product while following a stacking templateWears personal protective equipment while cleaning and sanitizing processing equipment during down time.
