The Role
We are looking for a successful Private Wealth Associate who is a multi-tasker at heart, with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset that excels in a fast-paced and evolving organization. Our ideal candidate is coachable, has a willingness to learn, and consistently performs at a high level under variable workloads. As a rapidly growing company, opportunities for internal growth and career development are plentiful. You will report to the Operations Manager.
What You'll Do
  • Set up new investment accounts - preparing customer welcome packets / new account documentation
  • Help establish online access for statements, confirms, proxy materials and other services
  • Process client requests (profile updates, wires, checks, journals, etc.)
  • Communicate with advisors from other practices to discuss and process RMD's correctly and accurately
  • Review previous day's activity to ensure accuracy
  • Respond to questions regarding accounts, policies, and procedures
  • Prioritize and organize workflow, and prepare key documents for client meetings
  • Complete necessary filing and maintain client files
  • Offer administrative and office management support to the team

What You'll Bring
  • BA/BS degree in finance or a related field
  • 1 or more years of experience in a related field
  • Experience with relevant technologies including Fidelity's Wealthscape platform is preferred
