Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. Hightower’s capital solutions, operational support services, size and scale empower its vibrant community of independent-minded wealth advisors to grow their businesses and help their clients achieve their financial vision. Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).

The Role:

We are looking to grow our Client Experience Team (CX) which supports our team by creating positive interactions for the public, clients, COIs, and Associates. The CX reports to the Managing Director, Head of Office.

 

What You’ll Do: 

Office ‘Well-Being’

  • Ensure the common areas are kept clean, supplies are stocked, packages have been shipped, etc.
  • Answer incoming client calls and first point of contact for all visitors
  • Coordinate and confirm client in-office and external meetings

Surprise and Delight

  • Organize client appreciation events: secure venues, catering, incidentals
  • Manage client gifts and holiday card mailings
  • Ensure and expand brand integrity through client satisfaction and expectation setting

Marketing

  • Coordinate marketing efforts: print, digital and social media
  • Distribute and track monthly client and prospect email communications
  • Partner with Hightower corporate marketing and compliance teams for opportunities and best practices.
