Altium Wealth is looking for a strategic professional to join our growing Client Service team. Our Client Service team directly impacts our client experience and is important to the success of the organization.

Please note this position requires you to be in the office Monday-Friday

What You'll Do

  • You will serve as a liaison between clients and advisors, delivering quality service both internally and externally.
  • Coordination and preparation for client meetings, including post-meeting documentation and follow-up
  • Schedule meetings including confirmation emails
  • Use the group's different applications (Outlook, Salesforce, Schwab, TD, Fidelity) to obtain account information and complete/coordinate all aspects of client service and account maintenance requests
  • Field client requests and complete tasks, following through to make sure client's needs are met while following compliance standards
  • Manage client data within CRM (Salesforce) and monitor to ensure accuracy
  • Process and track insurance maintenance requests for client policies
  • Other responsibilities as may be assigned

  • 1+ years of experience maintaining client relationships and providing service in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word (Excel a plus)
  • Prior experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
